The Governance Group offers a wide range of consulting and board development services designed to help boards and board directors govern effectively. These services fall into three categories. They are:

Our services can be accessed in a variety of ways, usually determined by the specific needs and interests the board wishes to address. A primary objective of our relationship with our clients is to provide them with the knowledge, tools and support they require to govern effectively.

We understand that everyone comes to the board table with different experiences, different values, ideas of how things should work, things they want to change, ability to work well with others, and what they are seeking from the board experience. One of our strengths is our ability to work with this diversity and guide it so that directors can work together effectively as a board.
